She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Richmond and Gladys Richmond (Relyea); her husband Gary Middlebrook; and her son Floyd Middlebrook. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Ellis (Gene) and Toby Middlebrook (Kristi); her grandchildren, Jaedyn Middlebrook, Klowee Middlebrook, Jazmine Ellis and Iris Ellis; her pet Rusty; and her sister Elise Beagle.
