He was predeceased by: his brother John Orzolek. He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Orzolek; his stepsons, Jesse Hall and Jason Hall; his stepgrandchildren, Madelyn Hall and Conner Hall; his brother David Orzolek; his niece Casey Orzolek; and his pet Tundra.
