He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Favata (Ira) and Jessica Phalen (Eric); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Cameron, Madison Favata, Lilliana Phalen and Wyatt Southard; his sisters, Carolyn Starks (Joseph), Sandra McCraig and Brenda Pavolini; and his former spouse Michele Phalen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
