He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Augustus McKinney and Dulci Dee McKinney; the mother of his children Katherine McKinney Conlin; and his siblings, Olivet, Vera Lee, Juanita, Virginia, Brazila and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene McKinney; and his sons, Thomas Lance (Janeth), Gregory Allen (Patricia) and James Darren (Lori). He is also survived by six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Tom may be made to the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society.
