Jean B. Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 10, 2019, at the age of 89, Jean B. Carter (Ballston Spa, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Brower and Elizabeth Brower; her husband Elliery; and her children, Karen Manhey (Bill), Laurie Carter, Teresa LeClare (John), Jeffery Carter (Terry), Joseph Carter (Amy) and Bradley Carter (Ginger). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, one great great grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
