It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John H. Annis Jr. of Ballston Spa, New York, who passed away on May 11, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Annis, Sr. and Margaret Violet (Sloane); his wife Carole-Ann Cummings; and his brother James Annis. He is survived by: his sons, John William Annis (Stacey) and Richard Edwin Annis (Cassie); his grandchildren, Baylee Annis (Sophie), Samuel Annis (Chloe) and Ethan Annis; and his great grandchild Lily. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Donations in John's memory may be made to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter and/or Community Hospice of Saratoga and Washington Counties.
