He is survived by: his wife Susan Heim; his children, Sarah Keyes (Tommy), John B. Heim (Jennifer), Scott Reiners (Ross Peck), Kelly Holzworth (Casey) and Lindsay Salazar (Luke); his grandchildren, Jacob, Megan, Ryan, Lauren, Arlo, Emmett and Josie; his brother Marty Heim (Karen); and his brother-in-law John Satalin.
