With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark P. Townsend (Ballston Spa, New York), born in Hudson, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark P. Townsend to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his brother John "Jack" Townsend. He is survived by : his wife Jane; his children, Eric Townsend (Marissa Townsend) and Melissa Reed (Breton Reed); his grandchildren, Jack Townsend, Lincoln Reed and Juliana Lynn Townsend; and his sisters, Martha Townsend and Jill Taylor (Jim Taylor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Armer Funeral Home (39 E High St, Ballston Spa, NY 12020). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
