She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew O'Kosky and Emma Garmley O'Kosky; her husband Ernest Grant; and her siblings, Patricia Hope and Andrew Melvin O'Kosky.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ann MacMurray of Watervliet, Esther Clark of Florida, Robert O'Kosky of Mechanicville, Joseph O'Kosky of Stillwater, Laura Lee O'Kosky of Florida, Deborah O'Kosky of Stillwater and Paul O'Kosky of Mechanicville; her siblings' children, Echo Nichols and Andrew O'Kosky; her friend Barbara Wolfe; and her close friend Gaylord Brunell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
