She was predeceased by: her husband Francis "Frank" Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel and Laura; and her granddaughters, Kate, Amy and Molly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Penny's name to the Christ Episcopal Church, 15 West High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.
