He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Staulters and Beverly Staulters; and his brother Robert Charles Staulters (Jennifer). He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Wojtowecz, John Staulters (Karen), Ricky Staulters (Marge), Harold Staulters (Sue), Gene Staulters (Candy), Lee Staulters (Debbie) and Wes Staulters (Mimi); and his daughter Kaitlyn Staulters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
