He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, April Leighty of St Petersburg, FL, Chrystal Leitheuser of Melbourne, FL, Russell Leitheuser (Tiago) of Astoria, NY, Brooke Bosch (Ryan) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Jessica Leitheuser (Corinna) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Patrick Bierwirth (Kristina) of Ballston Spa, NY and Veronica Leitheuser (Jeffrey) of Troy, NY; his grandchildren, Avery, Ashton, Evelyn, Marcel, Wren and Layla; and his siblings, Stephen Leitheuser (Kathryn) of Waterford, NY, Joanne Butler (Paul) of Ballston Spa, NY and Donald Leitheuser (Bonnie) of Pleasant Valley, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Russ may be made to the American Cancer Society.
