He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Diane Church (Richard) and Thomas W. Cwiakala; his grandchildren, Dana Church, Gregory Church (Brianna), Anna Williamson (David), Vincent Cwiakala (Hannah) and Nicholas Cwiakala; and his great grandchildren, Aciah, Gregory, Zuriah, Adrian Church, Mason Williamson and Andrew Williamson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
