He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alda Almy and Arthur Almy; his wife Karen Almy; his daughters, Lijannett Almy and Amelia Almy; and his brothers, Arthur Almy (Tammie), Kenneth Almy (Debbie) and Dave Almy (Regina). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
