He is survived by: his in-laws, Libby and Dick Bailey; his wife Susan Marie Scannell (Susie); his siblings, John Hayes (Jack), Debra Boyle and Michael Hayes (Kathy); his sister-in-law Kathy Hayes (Chase); his children, Lisa Hayes (Paul Mays), Erin Malcolm (Jeff), William Hayes (Mary Beth), Susan Tartaglione (Michael) and Robert Hayes (Paula); his grandchildren, Genna, Jacob, Pierce, Rachel, Alex, Campbell, Griffin, Troy, Ryan, Callagh and Ellery; his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Myla, Cameron, Carter and Amira; his nieces and nephews, Bridget, Tim, Robyn, Jacquie, Nichole, Amy, Colen, Colleen, Theresa, Kenny, Kelly, Jessica and Jennifer; and his caregivers, Melody and Cassandra.
