She is survived by: her husband James C. Hoffman; her children, David Hoffman (Jennifer), Daniel Hoffman (Angelique), Julie Slaby (Ronald) and Thomas Hoffman; her grandchildren, Natalie, Elena Hoffman, Lilyana, Hope, Genevieve Hoffman and Estelle Slaby; and her sibling's children, Susan and Lee.
