Julie LoCicero wrote a sympathy message

“On behalf of the Niag. Sheriffs Alumni Ass., we would like to offer our most sincere condolences to Denise and the Flagler Family. I had the honor of working with George who was very professional and was not afraid of anything or anyone, but he had this uncanny way of making everyone laugh and feel okay during serious situations. Sgt. to Inv., George R. Flagler was a true leader and a credit to the Sherrifs Dept. The sheriffs alumni will keep George and your family in our prayers. K LoCicero”
