With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy I. (Weakley) Goodney (Barneveld, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2026 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Weakley and Lucy Weakley (Folnsbee); and her brothers, Bill, Wayne, John and Dick.

She is survived by: her children, Dick Goodney III (Pat), Dale Goodney (Libby Sullivan) and Sara Sergott (Greg); her grandchildren, Michael (Rebecca), Daniel (Kaylee), Erin (Jordan), Skyler (Julie), Janel (John), Megan (Chris), Jason (Rachelle), Chris (Paige), Nick (Claudia), Katie (Cole), Rebecca (Quentin) and Jennifer (Garret); her great grandchildren, Clara, Taylor, Farrah, Clayton, Jeremiah, Andrew and Everett; and her siblings, Don, Jim, Bing (Mary Ann), Gary, Jean Lesniak, Midge Hayes and Cheryl Ceckanowicz.
