He is survived by: his wife Laura White Coleman; his siblings, Terry Coleman (Marie), Cindy Turner (Tom), Jeff Coleman (Brenda) and Greg Coleman (Allyn); and his children, Tracie Erickson (Erik), Gareth Coleman (Alicia), Craig Coleman, Chris Coleman (Jenn), Heather McCabe (Andy), Brian Phillips (Heidi), Nick White, Teresa Lewis, Jake Lewis and Makenzie Coleman. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Gary's name to Stray Haven Humane Society, 194 Shepard Road, Waverly, NY 14892.
