We announce the death of Theodore Polasky of Barton, New York, who passed away on June 18, 2026, at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Polasky and Helen Polasky (Manzek). He is survived by: his wife Katherine Polasky (Merrill); his daughter-in-law Kathie Pipher of Waverly, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Pat Campbell of Sayre, PA, Jo, Gary Braund of Wetona, PA, Keith, Valerie Merrill of Athens, PA, Melvin Merrill of Athens, PA, Colin and Pat Merrill of Ulster, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
