He was predeceased by: his father Henry H. Cook. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen O'Neill; his wife Tammy Cook (Starr); his children, Stefaniee Oneil, Rick Kolmetz and Marc Christopher James Cook; his grandchildren, MarcChristopher, Riley, Trent, Ryder, Kevin and Henry; and his siblings, Tracey Cook, Lori Penepent (Bill), Ryan Cook (Tristan) and Meghan Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. Leonard McAndrew Funeral Home (2 Bogue Ave, Batavia, NY 14020).
