He was predeceased by: his parents, Teno Galvani and Josephine Galvani (Simpson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Galvani (Kimbark) of Basom; his children, Michael Galvani (Carmela) of Hawthorne and Kristina Smith (Michael) of Basom; his grandchildren, Stephanie Ponte, Daniela Dukes (Henry), Gabriella Cupo (Anthony), Arianna Wolf, Hailey and Landon Smith; and his great grandchildren, Anya, Henry, Jr. and Camilla.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
