He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Withey and Elsie M. Withey (Varley); and his brothers, Blaine Fitch and Barry Fitch. He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Waters of Lyndonville, Beth Miller of Medina and Brenda Gardepe (Steve) of Lyndonville; his close friend Bonnie Dysinger; his grandchildren, Scarlett and Avery Vandusen; Amber Fath and Megan Vandusen (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
