She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sanderson and Irene Pickett Sanderson; her husband Harry "Ed" Edgar Eldridge; and her sister Alice Bartz. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Eldridge and Elaine "Marie" Butler (late Frank); her grandchildren, Joy Thompson (Richard), Greg Butler and Corinne Ptak (Preston); her great grandchildren, Rebekah Brookshire (Noah), Graclyn Hodges (Enoch), Braedon Ptak, Nikolas Ptak, Rae Elise Ianello, Kaeleah Ptak, Eleisha Ptak and Caedmon Ptak; her great great grandchild Samuel Brookshire; her granddaughter Kathryn Eldridge; and her great grandchild Coraline Ianello. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Batavia First United Methodist Church (8221 Lewiston Rd, Batavia, NY 14020).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eleanor's memory may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 8221 Lewiston Road, Batavia, New York 14020 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
