Ellen Marie Simkulet Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Marie Simkulet of Batavia, New York, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Simkulet and Doris Simkulet; and her brother Ronald Simkulet. She is survived by: her boyfriend Nick Rotondo; her boyfriend's children, Danielle Rotondo (Jessica) and Lauren Kondo; her children, Veronica and Grant; her sister-in-law Frances Simkulet; her nephew Ronald Simkulet Jr. (Melissa); her great-nieces, Georgia and Zoe; her niece Christine Simkulet; her aunt Lillian Carros; and also, Mary Brown, Casey, Natalie and Constance Babcock. She is also survived by extended family, friends, and cherished golf partners.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 5122 Clinton Street Rd, Batavia, NY 14020.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Ellen's memory may be made to the Ricky Palermo Foundation (rickypalermofoundation.org), supporting a cause close to her heart and reflects the generous spirit she shared with all who knew her.
