With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Freda L. Baxter (Batavia, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Downing Rockefeller and John Rockefeller; and her husband Oscar E. Baxter. She is survived by: her children, Leon Baxter (Pam) of Holley and Darlene Almeter (Walt) of Batavia. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the activities fund at the New York State Veterans Home, 220 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, New York 14020, in Freda's memory.
