He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Gurrant and Viola D. Gurrant. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Jennifer Gurrant, Elizabeth Gurrant, Danielle Shirley (Joseph) and James Gurrant (Wendy); his grandchildren, Kailey Brown (Lane), Emma Falk, Erin Falk and Blake Kines; his great grandchild Blair; his brother Gregg Gurrant; his cousin V. Brooks Carter; and his friends, Randy Roberts, Ed and Sandy Leonard. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and brother-in-law; and many cherished nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilmartin Funeral Home (329-333 W Main St, Batavia, NY 14020).
