He was predeceased by: his parents, Mollie Minor (Charles) and Fredrick Griffin Sr. (Goldie); his daughter Denise Parker; and his siblings, Mary Griffin, Fredrick, Benjamin, Gordon, James Griffin and Arthur Minor.

He is survived by: his wife Paula Griffin; and his children, Keith Griffin (DeOnn), Carolina, Kenneth Griffin (Carolyn) of Batavia and Tammy Griffin of East Pembroke. He is also survived by 11 siblings, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
