She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill W. Weller and Harriet C. Miner Weller; her husband Paul Hermon Smith; her grandson Daniel A. Smith; and her siblings, Donald A. Weller, Merrill O. Weller, Kenneth J. Weller, Marguerite C. Rumsey (Weller), Robert M. Weller and Lois F. Wing (Weller).

She is survived by: her sons, Gary W. Smith (Ernestine) and Michael P. Smith (Barbara); her grandchildren, David (Alyssa), James (Olivia) and Emily (Christie); her great grandchildren, Hayden and Vera; and her stepgranddaughters, Tina Marie (Clarence), LuAnne (late Matt) and Jolene (late Dan). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
