It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James A. Dickinson (Batavia, New York), who passed away on November 17, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cecil Dickinson and Ruth Burns Dickinson. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Cecero Dickinson of Joe's Drum Corps; his daughters, Marissa L. Dickinson and Lauren M. Cummings (Patrick); his granddaughter Autumn Cummings; and his sisters, Joan Dickinson Bausch and Jolynne Dickinson Rada. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, a sister-in-law, and a brother-in-law.
