With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason E. Phelan Sr. of Batavia, New York, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on May 4, 2022 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Henry. He is survived by: his mother Patricia A. Larson of Batavia; his children, Ashley Demmer (Phelan) of Batavia, Christopher Phelan of Batavia, Richard Phelan of Batavia and Jason Phelan, Jr. of Geneva; and his sister Teresa "Trixie" Eighmey (Raymond) of Pavilion.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Volunteers for Animals, PO Box 1621, Batavia, New York 14021.
