He was predeceased by: his parents, E. John Gillard and Nadine Gillard (Shanahan). He is survived by: his wife Donna Gillard (Sputore); his son Geoffrey Roche (Keri); his grandsons, Ethan and Lucas Roche; his siblings, Craig Gillard (Sandra) and Susan Metz (late Tom); and his brother-in-law Paul Sputore (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
