She was predeceased by: her parents, Drew Spikes Jr. and Jannie Lee Jackson Spikes; and her siblings, James Spikes, Drew Spikes, III, Josephine Spikes, Jessie Sanders Spikes and Marble Nell Spikes.
She is survived by: her children, Angela M. Spikes of Batavia, Willie A. Sabb, Jr. of Rochester, Patrick O. Spikes, Juan Santiago (Angela) of Batavia, Phillip Santiago (Rebecca) of Greece and Maria Santiago (Robert) of Batavia; and her siblings, Olivia Brown of Elba, Levi Spikes (Dorothy) of Brockport, Oliver Spikes of Williamsville and Melvin Spikes of Batavia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jennie's memory can be made to the United Pentecostal Church, 180 Oak Street, Batavia, New York 14020.
