She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gavel and Anna Gavel; and her brother Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Ben; her children, Greg Olsen (Jacqueline), Sally Ventura (Lou), Elizabeth Black Wolf and Melissa Olsen (Maryann); her grandchildren, Ben, Brianna, Rachel, Annmarie, Helen, Grace, Jack, Tony, Ryan, Andrew and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Harley, Penelope, Theodore, Louis, Henry, Clare and Jo-Ann.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Genesee Cancer Assistance 127 North St. in Batavia or a charity of donor's choice.
