He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Shipley and Mary Cramer Shipley; and his brother Edward U. Shipley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Diane Shipley (Falcone) of Batavia; his sons, David Shipley (Shannon) of Tennessee and John Shipley (Deanna Duff) of Corfu, NY.; his grandchildren, Matthew Shipley, Sara Shipley, Priscilla Viramontes and Jonathan Knight; his great grandchild Weston Takacs; and his sister-in-law Jan Shipley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
