With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine M. Tierson of Batavia, New York, born in Preble, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Webster and Louia Webster (Smith); her daughter Judy Schade; and her siblings, Howard, Elsworth, Fred, Lillian, Louia, Alfred, John, Mildred, Frank, Harry and Richard.
She is survived by : her children, Mary Rumsey of Batavia, Alan DeCann of Geneva and Dale DeCann (Carol); her sisters, Betty Keene and Louise Keene; her grandchildren, Jim Rumsey, Paul Cole, Steve Cole, Amber DeCann, Brian DeCann and Eric DeCann; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Owen Rumsey, Everett, Grayson and Quinlan Cole; and her pets, Raven and Minerva. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
