He is survived by: his sons, Allan Bieber (Jackie) of Albion and Kenneth Bieber Jr. (Randi) of Brockport; his grandchildren, Angel (Matt), Zach (Crystal), Bubba, Teigen and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Lucas.
