He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Heintz and Ruth Heintz (Bartholf); his former wife Judith A. Murnan; and his brother Dennis Heintz. He is survived by: his wife Fang Liu of Batavia; his sons, Benjamin Heintz (Kristine) and James Heintz; and his granddaughters, Haley, Hanna and Emily.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. (329-333 W Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
