He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cooley and Audrey Cooley (Ponivas). He is survived by: his wife Debra Cooley of Batavia; his daughters, Kristal Jackson of Rochester and Amy Singleton (Kevin) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren, Jordan, Justyce, Malachi and Jadyn; and his brothers, Peter Cooley (Claudia) of LeRoy and Paul Cooley (Sharon) of Greece, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cooley family.
