He is survived by: his wife Roxie; his children, Christopher Choate (Michelle Perrin Choate) of Alexander, David Choate (Stephanie Mogavero) of Spencerport and Jennifer Choate Batchellor (Aaron Batchellor) of Houston; and his grandchildren, Nick Choate, Emily Patrick (Choate), Natalie Choate, Ryan Choate, Jackson Batchellor, Camden Batchellor and John Choate. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home (308 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Reed Cemetery (2635 Judge Rd, Oakfield, NY 14125).
