She was predeceased by: her parents, Judson French and Margaret Halliday French; her grandchildren, Taylor Belluscio and Cody Belluscio; and her stepson Brian Phillips.

She is survived by: her husband Dana Phillips; her sons, Don Belluscio (Melanie) and Aaron Belluscio (Jamie); her stepdaughter Tracy Chester (Mike); and her grandchildren, Toby Belluscio, Jaykob Belluscio, Alexandra Belluscio, Jacen Belluscio, Brendan Porey, Kristen Bovee and Rachel Hume.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Norma are suggested to St. James Episcopal Church, 405 East Main Street, Batavia, N.Y. 14020.
