She was predeceased by: her father Afton Bodnaryk; her husband Edward A. Steininger; and her siblings, Peter, Eva and Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her sons, James Steininger (Ollie Allen) of Melbourne, FL and William Steininger (Joan Bird) of Batavia; and her niece Joyce O'Brien (Dexter) of Southwick, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
