He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Witkowski and Helen Witkowski (Stoklosa); and his sister Elaine Hameister. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Witkowski (Hassett) of Pembroke; his children, Paul Hassett of Pembroke, Amelia Witkowski (Bill Wawro) of Akron, Alyssa Chayban (Danny) of Clarence and Haley Farino (Matthew) of Cheektowaga; his grandchildren, Morgan, Teagan, Julian and Alexi; and his brothers, David Witkowski (late Margaret), Ralph Witkowski and Leonard Witkowski (Jill).
