With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Penny J. DiFilippo of Batavia, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard F. Wilkes and Betty Bovee Wobser; her husband Carmen A. DiFilippo; and her son-in-law Kevin L. Squire. She is survived by: her children, Richard A. DiFilippo of Batavia, Kim Turman (Jim) of Batavia and Lori DiFilippo (Garth Rowcliffe) of Batavia; her grandchildren, Jamie Holman (Ben) and Jessica Turman; her great grandchild Bennett Holman; her pets, Finn, Khloe and Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Darch of Batavia, Veronica "Dolly" DiFilippo of Batavia and Susan DiFilippo of Florida.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am on Wednesday, October 29th at Ascension Parish, 19 Sumner Street, Batavia. in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Volunteers for Animals, P.O. Box 1621, Batavia, New York 14021.
