It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Caccamise (Batavia, New York), who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Michael A. Caccamise; her parents, Bessie Morinelli (Licata) and George Morinelli; her daughter Dawn Shedarowich; her great grandchild Nova Caccamise; and her sister Clementina DelFave (Fred).
She is survived by: her children, Michael Caccamise (Krista) and Vicki Werner (Andrew); her grandchildren, James Caccamise (Amanda Rickard), Chelsey Cratsley (Michael Rosenbeck), Taylor Cratsley (Landon Powers), Zachary Cratsley (Nina), Elena Werner and Jenna Werner; her great grandchildren, Madison, Anthony Caccamise, Jenson Rosenbeck, Yaritsa, Mia, Faith Cratsley and Phyllis; and her sisters, Dian Hart and Georgeann Pschierer (Mark). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilmartin Funeral Home (329-333 W Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
