He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Chudoba and Josephine Oles Chudoba; his wife Patricia A Kuznicki Chudoba of Dunkirk; and his siblings, Josephine Kukoski of Grants Pass, Michael Chudoba of Seattle, Edward Chudoba of Batavia and Bernice Johnson of Basom.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond M. Chudoba, Carol L. Roy (Ronald) of Del City and Michael J. Szatkowski of Batavia; and his close friend Joan Szatkowski of Batavia. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
