Hartman (Emery) of Batavia; his children, Dawn Marie Claus (Timothy) of Batavia, Kevin Hartman (Lisa) of Cicero and Richard M. Hartman (Eleni) of Gates; his grandsons, Kyle Halladay and Ty Hartman; his brother Howard Hartman Jr. (Kathy); his sister-in-law Diana Tabone (Salvatore); and his sibling's children, Scott Hartman (Melinda) and Jody Nichols (Scott).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilmartin Funeral Home (333 W Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Resurrection Parish (303 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Grand View Cemetery (80 Clinton St, Batavia, NY 14020).
