He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dombrowski and Julia Wojtacha Dombrowski; his wife JoAnn Megliore Dombrowski; his brother William; and his sister-in-law Barbara Dombrowski.
He is survived by: his daughter Jolene Case; his grandson Spencer Swartz; his sister Barbara Barlow (late Ken); and his sibling's children, Robyn Falcone (late Jeff), Lisa Gray, Kristy Kruczkowski (Darryl), David Dombrowski and Tommy Dombrowski (Gigi). He is also survived by Great nieces, nephews and cousins.
