It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Luke Shell of Batavia, New York, born in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Heaks Shell and Ruth Angeline Siefert Shell; his wife Lisa Marie Long Shell; his children, Elaine Shell (Robert W. Reyes, Jr.), Eric Shell, Walter Shell, Jonathan Shell (Lisa), Susan Shell (Andrew Schulte) and Ben Shell (Mallory); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Shell, Erin Shell, Olivia Shell, Zoe Schulte, Clara Schulte and Callum Shell. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran School, 31 Washington Avenue, Batavia, New York 14020.
