He is survived by: his children, Daniel Matthews (Karin), Michael Matthews, Sheryl Watkins (Jeff), Scott Matthews (Tammy) and JoAnne McInerney (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Gene Davis and Margaret Davis. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
